This company came to install a Dstv Explora PVR decoder with an extra view installation. Seemingly the connection from the decoder to TV through the amplifier (Yamaha) was not done right. The amplifier ceased to be functional as a quensiquance of the installation. I'm suspecting that process of installation might have triggered a short circuit,because there had not been any occurance of a power failure. I called them (Magene Trading cc)on countless occasions until I found them. I related my problem to them and requested that they come and have a look at the amplifier and see how best this matter could be resolved. They (Magene Trading cc) promised to do so. This engagement was from as far back as 21/11/2017 to date 02/12/2017 when I'm writing to you. No one has contacted me or even shown a slight interest to address this issue. I'm really disturbed by the manner in which they conduct customer service/care and client satisfaction.

Please assist in getting this company to fix my amplifier.
