NO Deposit Refund - unjustly kept.

Magda and Lodewyk Fourie is the owners of the house we have been renting for the last two years - we gave notice that we will be moving end of January during a phone call on the 26th of December already but Magda pretends not to know that we gave notice, even though there are numerous conversations on our Whatsapp (in writing on the 26th of December) stating that she knows very well we are moving and exactly when are where to even.

We are sure they have done this to other tenants and would like to warn anyone considering deals with this couple, it cost us R5000.
