Bad customer support

I have never encountered a company this pathetic when it comes to customer support. For the past 2 weeks my payouts have been delayed and I have nowhere to complain but their emails. I have been using their service for 6 months now, and I never had any problems with payouts, what happened?? and why take so long to reply to your cusomters??? if this continues I'm going to unsubscribe.
