Poor service with installation feedback. Had to get another installer to install Extra view as promised by there installaer once second decoder is plugged in all will work. This has not happened. Took decoder in to multichoice to check if all is working it is. Phoned them on the 23 they informed me they are closed but I can phone on the 27 which I did. Received a return phone call at 16h30. Could not hear me and told me she would phone me back. I phoned back on the 28th and she is unable to get hold of an installer. I told them I will be going with a different installer can i please receive a refund for the extra view as this does not work. WE DO NOT DO refunds So would not recommend this as an accredited installer from Multichoice website in the West Area of Johannesburg
