The Director who owns and his family members who manages the Lodge part of group a group of companies have absolutely no regard for the law

The Director who owns and his family members who manages the Lodge part of group a group of companies have absolutely no regard for the law. They exploit staff members and abuse them, unfair labour treatment and unfair labour practices are excerised. They are deliberately ******** towards settling a matter issued by the CCMA and continues to be defiant. It has been more 150 days awaiting monies to be paid to me and the last time a followed up I was told they don't have money. Overall, it was a bad experience working for them because they have no business ethics. I lost my job even though I have 15 years experience in the industry without any issues at all in my previous employment. I will not recommend Magalies Mountain Lodge to anyone. It's a toxic environment
