Since my first phone call, I received excellent service. During my stay, the receptionist made sure on a regular basis, that I'm comfortable and everything is in order. Wow, what an amazing experience. Enjoyed my stay. Rooms are beautiful, clean and private. Food is out of this world. Thank you to the chef. Staff at the restaurant, extremely friendly, going out of their way to make you feel at home. Enjoyed the ****tails. Massage the******s are amazing. To all the staff, security officers, cleaners... thank you for being friendly and professional. Keep up the good work Magalies Mountain Lodge. I came home relaxed and refreshed...
