Payment

I made a booking with Magalies mountain lodge for my partners birthday, then a few days later i did a follow up on the payment,they say they didn't receive it of which is a lie, I used my name as my reference then they say they don't see Dimakatso but they see Dimakatso Taketa, what a convenience right? That this Dimakatso Taketa happened to make a payment the same day I made a transaction. I am really disappointed at Magalies ? and I wasn't expecting such service from them. I was truly looking forward to spending time with my partner at their lodge but after this bad experience I am no longer interested. Now I have to run around like a headless chicken to reverse payments, with my bank as well not being helpful transferring me from one department to another without anyone able to assit me.? Now am so troubled I've even lost sleep. I am truly disappointed with Magalies honestly.
