Not overall good service

Thank you for having us this past Saturday. Being at your lodge was refreshing and tranquilizing. Everything was great the welcome, but this did not last long as the bartender was just soo rude even asked myself why woukd a company like your with such grewt market presence would hire such a person. We asked him a simple thing, to wipe the Table and he said he will fix it but he still came with our menus and put them on a dirty Table. We then asked him about it agaib and he flipped and went to the lady that was wearing a Mustard top and they started pointing at us and it was clear they were talking about us, what a shame. Please provide sticks for hiking even if we will have to pay it's fine. How do you include tea as a beverage option for lunch but you do not even put your water on or even provide hot milk??? Another thing, please add heaters in your spa rooms during Winter. The Tables and the decor and the feel in your resturant must be the same since we all are paying clients. What about those office Chairs that you provided for us that were so different from the rest of the resturant and some whatever Table cover you had put on? Apple juice only???
