Bad treatment that left me in pain

I had a terrible experience with my back and neck massage yesterday. I complained four times about the pressure that lady gave me. I asked for Swedish but the pressure was unbearable it was like the lady was just not in the mood for work. She gave off negative energy. My back now is extremely painful and worse than what it was when i got there. I even feel bruised. Please train your the******s. I studied Somatology and i worked at Magalies Mountain Lodge in 2012 for my hours. The the******s used to be friendly and amazing.
