Bad service made great

I would like to thank the Themba and Kenny from magalies mountain lodge for their great service, I booked for my birthday weekend with my husband when I got there I was not happy at all with my room as I went there myself to do the booking but because I did not book online I was not given first priority and the lady even said it from reception. But like to thank Themba and Kenny for making us Feel welcome and enjoy our weekend and forgot about the bad service received from reception.
