Extreemly poor and slow service

Took my mag in for repairs in December, the repairs were done correctly but I needed it back for a trip I was taking. I collected the mag the following day, I was told to bring the mag in January. I took it back for spraying on Tuesday 27 January 2015, I was informed would be called back when my mag was done. I then called them on Thursday 29 January and was informed that my mag would only be ready next week and someone would call. When no one called, I called them on Friday 06 February and was informed it was ready for collection. when I arrived they gave me a tyre and my mag they then told me that their fitting machine was broken and I have to go fit and balance it at my own expense there was nothing they could do then he just left me there standing.<br> <br> This is the worst service I have ever received it is completely ridiculous that I paid them for a service and they give that type of service and attitude.
