terrible terrible terrible

my experience was the worst ever was refered to them by my insurer gosh it was terrible 1. was always promised car will be ready at certain time i get there car still in same position it was previous week showing after i left it was never touched. 2 at last i get the vehicle its not polished its all scratchy grill and sun has white paint dot of painting showing they were painting a white car next to my red one without covering it till now its not sorted cant even sell the car cause of this bad painting. 3 car comes back with a sound on it now im told its a mechanical issues which was not there before the accident 4 i would never recommend any vehicle to go to them not customer care at all as long as ur insurer makes the payment they happy. new vehicle comes in your own will just remain there no one to work on it.
