Poor service and communication

I took my vehicle in for repairs and it was not properly repaired after three more trips back and forth I decided to hand the vehicle in so that they can take to Audi for repairs. On the 26 August I dropped it off and to date, I haven't heard anything from these guys and I wonder what it will take to have my car fixed. I am done with this MAG similar to their noisy neighbors down the road.
