Below standard quality of work

I took my damaged mag in for repairs on 25 October. I received the mag back on 30 October and realized that only a first level bend back to shape was done after taking it for a new tire and balance. I returned the mag for the repairs that I paid for and I was promised that it will be fixed. After numerous empty promises from Sajid I received my mag back on the 3rd of November. The Mag was still not fixed to standard and I returned to Magrepair city to resolve the issue once again. We agreed to a refund which was never paid to me (14 Nov). It’s always the same empty promises and zero deliver. Always ensure that your tire is checked by yourself on their balancing machine before paying for it
