After 34 years their is lands on our name. I forgot that. Want to sell it, get my title deed and phone them. From 2*** is was on another guy name. when I sent my Title deed they just change to our name. Now they said I must pay all that money before I can get a clearance sertificate. I put in a dispute last year Okt 2023 and no response. the land line dont work and they dont answer the cel phone everyday. What can I do and dont have money for a laywer
