Worst client service and waste of time

These people will waste your time like nobody's business especially the Groblersdal branch. The staff there doesn't even know the products they offer and they sell you on dream just to take your money. Client service is non-existent, California, who seems to be the manager there doesn't answer calls or always says she'll get back to you but never does. Once you get lucky and get her on the phone, she transfers you to head office to Lebo, who also plays the same game of I'll get back to you. If you value your time and money, do yourself a favour and look for assistance elsewhere. I would highly NOT recommend them at all!
