Unhappy customer

I am really disappointed with the lady named Portia from Legal department At 1st I had to be bugging them when I joined last year for debt review removal which had a judgment and Glenda the agent promised me that it would be all removed. Yes the flag of debt review was removed this year of which I am happy about, but the judgment was not removed. Spoke to Portia and she mentioned an extra amount of 2,5k to be charged. After that she got back to me saying they will remove it after 21days. 21 days has passed and have not had anything from them even after I send her emails. I am really not happy as money is deducted without fail from my account only to be ghosted. I would really appreciate feedback from them and for them to complete and fulfill their promises.
