Refun delays

I'm extremely disappointed in Mafori. They have been refunding me since Tuesday. I was promised yesterday that payment was made just after 3pm. I have sent 4 emails since then requesting proof of payment.

The 2 ladies dealing with my have failed to send the proof through - which says to me that the payment was not made.

Patience and Boitumelo, if you read this, it is not good practice to promise a client payment and refuse to send the proof of payment.

What is worse is that 2 months are owed but only 1 month is said to be paid.
