Poor customer service

Mafori finance is the worst financial institution that you can borrow money from especially if you in need, they don't care about customer service except their ridiculous offering of R2000 for grocery, even if you refuse that grocery offering, they will still add it on your loan, then there's money for their lawyers that they deduct from a client where they say they will settle your debt that you are struggling with, which never happens. All of the above, I have a first hand experience. If you thinking about going there, think twice or be prepared to wait at least for two weeks to get their loan if at all.
