Non service delivery but paid

I went to Mafori on May 2022 to assist removal of debt review. They started debiting from my account in May until july i then canceled them in August . I called and spoke to them to refund my money since they never gave the service we agreed upon. I kept calling on the number *** and always given the *** number to call. Until today the is no response on the number. And Mafori continues debiting my account. Today i called again to do follow ups about my refund still i was told to call 012 number where no one pick. Please help i want Mafori to pay back my money
