Why is this appearing on my credit profile???? You're ruining things for me. I never agreed on anything, never signed anything with you guys concerning debt review. And do not tell me about identity THEFT. Fix this.

As discussed, you have taken a loan with us 2021 and only paid two installments, you also stopped making payment of the loan in 2022.
Your balance is R7091.10.
