Mafori finance ***********

I took a loan from Mafori and a lady by the name of Dipuo told me that I would get R4924, I then told her I've taken my car for repairs and I needed at least R5000 to pay for my car hence am taking the loan, she told me I qualify for a grocery benefit of R2500 only if I opt for their legal services assistance. I agreed and she continued to process the application, and told me I will receive R6000+ funds in my bank account. To my surprise I only got R4924 and the R2500 grocery benefit money was not included I called and was told the transactions are not the same and the grocery benefits will come after, every time I enquire about it am told the money will reflect the following day or later in the day. I've asked them to cancel the loan and I pay back their money but no one is interested to help me with that but yet my installment is that of loan and grocery benefit which I did not receive. And they don't clear your name with creditors. I've had an outstanding cell c debt they said they would settle it and clear my name I asked for letter of settlement to send to cell C they **** for over 3months till today I have not received any response from them regarding the letter
