Mafori finance
I signed with mafori finance on July 2022 and never missed any payment but their service is poor I was helped by the lady by the name of ambitious and she referred my case to Lebogang who is the sales consulted at mafori finance ,but to my surprise they did authorized debit order and I have never missed any payment to my surprise on my credit report it state that I'm behind with 2months but I have never missed any payment I even went to their offices they promised me that the matter has been resolved to my surprise on my credit report it still shows that I'm behind with 2 months instalments I regret the day I signed with this company now they don't answer my calls poor customer service they rob poor people who are in need of help

08 Mar 2023, 16:26Hi Zweli, we submitted instructions to ALL credit bureaux to remove arrears. Legally they (credit bureaux) are obliged to update within 21 days.
