Disappointed customer

I am so disappointed with the poor level of service I've received from mafori finance. I've app**** with them to assist me with removing my name from credit bureau, that was in August still they have not contacted me but they're deducting from my payroll. Everytime I call them they keep on saying the legal dept will contact me for an update.

I have never been this ****ed off in my life.
