COLLECTION OF FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION AND ILEGAL DATES

Bad service Good Morning I'm not happy about they're service since Abigail called and said they can clear my debt review flag and will deduct the amount over a period of 4 months and then start with the process. I have investigate and cancelled the services hence they deducted R2000 and then al of a sudden they deducted an amount of R1000 on the 15th of July which wasn't even the date of previous debit deduction in March for the amount of R2000 on the 25th. I am sending several communications and the request was that I sent the bank statements which I did. But still no reply of refund received. I request urgent refund as per mail once again this morning to Abigail. But hence do not get reply back. I also informed them I cannot take calls due to work capacity and only available on email and whatsapp. I'm tired now I want my Money back and cancel everything I as per previous communications will find another company who will help me😡😡😡😡 It seems a lot of people experience the same and make me wonder of the ligitamency of the company.
