The disrespect I experienced by Ma***o Security Guard

The disrespect I experienced at Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital from a security guard by the name of Simnikiwe Khoza Omdala is unspeakable, she went as far as giving me a hand block on my face telling me i can run to their control room for all she cares she does not give a dime and is not even scared of the Matrone that was on duty which I felt it was pointless for me to complain to people that she does not respect, her colleague Mbali Mchunu who was so helpful tried to reason reminding her to respect her job trying to resolve the misunderstanding due to language barrier however she still said she will not apologize and certainly not scared of anyone.

All I was asking is the time we were allowed to come back to the waiting room or be granted the opportunity to access the maternity section as I needed to speak to a doctor that attended my case, I understood that the cleaners needed to do their job and as much as we spent the night there are visiting hours, she started being emotional, I therefore rephrased because I did not understand the reason she was worked up and informed her that it could be a language barrier since her language is slightly different from mine.

She went as far as refusing to assist everyone that was there because she did not understand my question, she was arrogant. It was an excruciating experience I have ever had
