Terrible guards & very rude!!!!😡😡

My 8 ½ month pregnant wife and myself went to Stanger Hospital because she was experiencing terrible pains. At the main gate there was 5 Ma***o security guards asking us where we are going (already in a rude manner), we explained to them that my wife was experiencing pains that shows signs that she might be going into labor and that we are heading for the maternity ward. They stopped us & said no only my wife can go(which I understand because of Covid regulations) , I nicely explained to them that she is struggling to walk on her own & asked if I can just accompany her to the covid screening centre so she doesn't have to walk alone if anything should happen on the way & then I can make arrangements with hospital staff to make sure they understand the seriousness of what she is going thru. Hlengiwe L nene the security guard was so rude & told me I must go outside NOW (In a threatening manner), I told them its fine i'll go outside, can one of the guards just accompany her to the testing centre because she can't walk on her own, VERY RUDELY she rep**** "no, she can go on her own". I phoned the company, they couldn't help me, I phoned the head office they couldn't help me !!! Then I got the number for the KZN manager, he was busy driving so he gave me the number for the other manager which then made arrangements for the supervisor on site to come and sort the situation out. Mr. Mandla Makhoba (site supervisor) came to help assist on the matter, tried to talk with me and he said that Ms. Hlengiwe L nene was 100% in the wrong, now i am awaiting from one of the managers how the situation is going to be addressed because the supervisor told me that the security guard was wrong but still no apology from her or anything, she is still at the gate being as rude as possible to all patients entering Stanger Hospital!! These people are placed here to help the public or at least try and be as helpful as possible, but this lady is a terribly employee & not a nice person!!! I hope they at least give me a call back to apologies & sort this lady!!!
