Complain against Ma***o

I had such a bad experience with this security company at the OR Tambo international yesterday the 16 Jan 2021? I was sending my sister off to Cape Town and because she was under I had to quickly go in and check in etc. I left my car at the drop off parking, after just 15 minutes I got back and my car was clamped and I was told maximum amount to be paid is 2000 rands I asked them if the maximum is that how much is the minimum? And I didn’t see the sign? No one could help no one I mean it was so crazy I spent two hours trying to get assistance but no one was willing to assist. One security guard asked me if I can pay him 800 rands on the side he can let me go? Mind you when I went inside no one told me that I should not park there or anything. I am so so angry with this treatment and I want to speak to the CEO of this company I want the guy who wanted a bribe to loose that job and I demand a better service next time
