Poor Service at Mmabatho Palms

Mmabatho Palms... I am very unhappy with the service I received from your bar yesterday. We ordered drinks...they were brought in dirty, with dishcloth fluffs in all three glasses... Excuse? There was no tap water... We complained and got nothing but blame... As if we switched of the tap water. We were given new drinks and told they won't even discount us because the "second" drinks were okay... As if we drank the first drinks. The Manager called did not help at all. He just asked if we complained before drinking the second drinks that we deserve free drinks or at least a discount... The lady who had served us the replacement drinks said we had, but the floor manager was not there to attend to the matter so she left us to continue to drink the drinks.. This still didn't make him not want to blame us. After we were done, there was literally no staff at the bar, so we could have just left, but we waited, and waitress went up and down the hotel to look for her manager... she was nowhere to be found. It was then the male manager came and asked us to pay for the drinks even though he was told we did not even get an apology for the dishcloth fluffs. What ****ed me off the most is I know if I was white, not only was I going to get numerous apologies, but I was going to get the drinks free too. And the manager who made us pay, wasn't even wearing a name tag... Most of the staff does not wear them, anyway. ???
