Disappointing service

On the 13th of August 2022 i took my daughter out for lunch for her 16th birthday celebration, and we chose motswedi restaurant which is housed inside mmabatho palms. The experience we had there was very very disappointing, what was written in the menu and the final product did not match at all, what was delivered was pure mediocre. I then complain to the other guy, who i was led to believe was the manager of the establishment who gave me a card that i had to fill in with details of my dissatisfaction, which i did and it was indicated on that card that i will be contacted however to this day i have not heard from.

I was truly disappointed
