R2 for a loo in a mall

<p>I have been to a lot of big malls in SA, I have never seen any charging for a loo, but with Mafikeng Mall the only mall in town is a different case. Firstly there is no changing room for babies, the is no toilet paper, there is a lady who collects money and gives out about 5 sheets of toilet paper. What will happen if you are already in the loo and need extra tissue? do you scream and ask for more?</p> <p>There are only about 5 toilets in the whole mall and you have to stand in the queu for your turn. The price for the loo increseas with inflation, it was R1 now its R2, I have never paid for a loo in any of the towns I have been to.</p>
