Poor service and worst communication s****s

I went to service my np200 these past week and how i was treated by one of the staff members was shocking. She told me that the bakkie will be booked for service when i called in the morning but to my surprise when i went there around 1pm she.was on her phone and stilll didn't book the bakkie for service. I asked her why she simply rep**** not to worry and come on the day i want it to be serviced, mind you she didn't even look at my direction because of focusing on her phone during during working hours. Few days later i got a call from the complains manager because i rated them poor and he said the lady doesn't work at service center but she answered my call and i found her the service centers help desk. I am no longer going there ever again to service my bakkie.
