Mafadi Paarl Ignoring complaints

I have tried to have an issue resolved via Mafadi Paarl in regards to problems with a dog which is a nuisance at Honeydew Country Estate Paarl. I have now been trying the issue resolved for months and I do not get any response back from the representative. This is the most frustrating place to deal with and cannot understand how you cannot abide and apply by the bylaws of the Drakenstein Munucipality. #FAIL
