Electrisity cut off by Eskom

Good day, I am not happy. I am renting at Mafadi property, Parkfair, Elsies River Halt road Western Cape. Prepaid water and electricity but the power was cut off by eskom yesterday at 15:00 it's still off now. The landlord or Mafadi must sort out the rates and taxes issues with the munisipality and provide services for the tenants.
