Body corporate taking no responsibility for problem caused by lack of maintenance

I've had a problem for over 2 months that was caused due to the lack of maintenance by the body corporate. This body corporate took no responsibility and tried to shove this problem onto the owner. They take forever to answer your questions, IF they bother to, but mostly your communication will be ignored. They will not take action unless you put extreme pressure on them. Until now the problem with my unit still exists and there has been no further communication from the body corporate. This is literally the worst body corporate I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And yet we are expected to pay our levies in full and on time, but you can't even expect on time communication from them, nevermind some action. Completely unacceptable.
