Mafadi Parkfair Elsies River Worst Experience

I've been residing at Parkfair since June 2023. And there has been endless complaints that have been ignored by Mafadi and the previous managing agent.

This is the worst experience I've had. For months and years people have been living with worming geysers, mould in their apartments, there is no proper ventilation in the flat. Eskom cut the power the entire building since Monday afternoon. The power has still not been restored... it's been 4 days since the power has been off. There have been multiple and numerous complaints to the building manager- Jean. And he cannot provide the tenants with any solutions or answers. The entire building has signed petitions because this is no longer acceptable.

Each problem or issue is just ignore and not dealt with in a proper manner.
