Poor Service and *****ed

I sent my car to be fixed a crank sensor and took quite a while as they said they don't have it in stock the whole South Africa. After the part arrived and installed was told that my wiring is faulty and they are working on it. Today the 05th of April 2022 was told to come and fetch it, when arrived i have to wait for over an hour for the invoice. When the invoice was produced i was given a key and when getting in the car my hand brake release bracket was not there, i returned to the service department and the Workshop Foreman Hendrick De Wet arrived and installed it but when releasing the hand brake the bracket came without the cable that releases the brakes. I then returned back for assistance and they now come with stories saying the bracket was on the seat, i then asked them how because i was always using it and how did they drive it because it was braked. I left my car in their premises because they do not want to fix it but want me to book it so that they can charge me for something that they did not do it right as they are the one removed it. The name of the Workshop Foreman is Hendrick De Wet. I am driving a 2004 C320 Elegance.
