Poor Customer Care and compassion for safety by Mercedes Benz Maemo Motors and Mercedes Benz South Africa

I purchased Maemo Motors in Rustenburg, a Mercedes-Benz dealership under the MB SA flagship vehicle was superb for the first month or so but once it reached 13000km -14000km I started experiencing brake difficulty with the vehicle. The vehicle is an An 180 CDI 2013 model which I purchased in 2014, the car is superb but I had to change my disk brakes at around 13000 -14000 kilometers already and ever since then I have had problems with my brakes.I have in this in particular over the past year took my car to service at Menlyn Mercedes-Benz, centurion Mercedes-Benz and Mercurius Motors Polokwane close to every two months. My service adviser at Menlyn is efficient and helpful as usual and has tried his utmost best and shown me the most care and professional courtesy and I hope he is acknowledged for that but my car still has the same brake problems. I took the car in last week in Polokwane, this year as well for brake problems and after a day the problem was occurring again, now I have to book it in again this week.I don't know if it's a factory fault but honestly speaking this is tedious tiresome, bringing my car every month or even twice in one week to service for the same problem which is reoccurring. When Tau Makoni of Mercedes-Benz South Africa contacted Duane, to bring him to speed about the faulty car I purchased from them at Maemo Motors.Duane had the utmost lack of customer care and compassion but rather got his sales advisors to send me a quote for a new vehicle. Saying he will not budge on my matter and that Mercedes-Benz Menlyn(service center) and Mercedes-Benz South Africa took too long to inform him and him won't makes money on my car. This is on record the email and quote they sent me. I will forward you the necessary service record of the car which clearly states how many times the car has been serviced for brake issues.
