Maemo Motors and Fiat Group Automobiles SA sold me a damaged car!

So I bought a car from Maemo Motors, Rustenburg only to discover that at 200km it had extensive rust and corrosion. The manufacturer, Fiat Group Automobiles South Africa (Pty) Ltd/Chrysler South Africa (Pty) Ltd, spray-painted over the rust and returned the car to me. According to the Consumer Protection Act I have the option to cancel the deal or request a replacement seeing that the repair is not satisfactory to me. However, Maemo Motors, refuses to replace the car. They have arrogantly sent me to the Ombudsman. I thought this was a reputable dealership to buy a car from but obviously I was wrong.
