Madzikane Hospital Is Trash

Madzikane hospital is situated in Mount Frere, My mom went there on Saturday around 12pm during the day because she fell and broke her wrist and when she arrived she was told that there's no electricity so she can't go on exray. Tell me how does a whole hospital operate without electricity and water? Why don't they just close the hospital once!! My mom stayed there the whole day and around 17:00 she was told to go back home and come back on Monday mind you she fell on Saturday. They gave her pain blocks and put bandage on her arm without checking how bad her wrist is. Now today we're here and we're told that the Doctor said she/he will be checking patients that have broken legs only after they told her to come back today. To travel from home to here is R30 and I'm accompanying her so we spent R120 to come here and only for them to tell us that.
