Long story short. I needed an exchange on faulty products. The hoops I have had to jump through? The return policy wants videos. Save your time and money. The quality sucks.

I have tried my best to see how you were using it but all I got from you was showing me your nails and not the products that you apply on them. You also said you app**** 4 layers of gel using a 6w lamp. This is not the way to do so. And I ask you to show me a video on how you do it so that I can assist you on how to apply it properly. But instead you threatened me to just say the products are bad quality. I went out of my way to call you and also send you instructions on how to make use of the products correctly. Still you wouldn't want to send me a video of the products used and how you used them. I also said Madz nail and Beauty will refund you if the products is faulty but needed to make sure you did use the correct application.
