Poor service and false advertising

On the 19 February Nondumiso Mjuleni came to market her catering packages to us,showed us the menu which was chicken and lamb stew with savoury rice,jammed carrots,roast potatoes and green beans with white sauce. She further mentioned that she would bring us tripe on the 20 February because we had a funeral,she was to come with her team and cater for us for the day,she pitched that morning and dumped a pot with half the tripe. promised to bring fruits enough for 300 people at the churvh where we ran the funeral but never pitched,was supposed to lay tables for us and cater for 300 people after at the funeral,firstly she arrived late with her team unprepared to cater,she laid the table with dirty clothes,dity plates and dirty cutlery,the food looked like it was left overs from the previouse night,the food was only enough to cater for a maximum 100 people,had no dishing utensils and kept lying to me saying that more meat was coming and was still being cooked. I asked her to bring me receipts for the groceries she made but she refused saying she will bring me a bank statement which she never brought.
