We were looking for a house in May 2020 and our agent told us that there was another OTP signed before us, hence we should wait. We were informed by our agent that the other clients loan was approved and we will not be buying the house. A week after we were contacted by our agent informing us that we can now go ahead buying the property due to the other clients that was no longer interested in purchasing the property. We informed the bank and all was put in motion with the attorneys regarding the transfer and registration. It was also said by the owner that the other agent after almost two weeks was sending his wife text messages to withdraw the contract with us, because their clients wanted the house. Where is the integrity and ethical business behavior. This is totally unacceptable.
