Horrible after sales relationship

I had the most smooth sales and I was very excited to be using your vehicle,how ever once one joins Madrent the service drops. I had a car accident on the 30th of April,got lovely assistance from Elan but have since been going through a terror. I need to follow up weekly only for my calls and whats app messages to be ignored, no updates what so ever.it is almost two months now and I am still without my vehicle that I pay for John is so rude 😢.I regret recommending Madrent to friends..
