Excellent service received from Madrent

I rented a car from Madrent 2 years ago. Yes the premium was high, and yes there was an increment in the premium after 1 year. But that's what you sign up for when renting a car. Whilst I was renting the car, they took care of everything. The car was serviced when a service was due, tyres were replaced during lockdown mind you, battery was replaced. Any other repairs they were also more than willing to do at an affordable price that is. I ended up purchacing my car from them. Whilst my car was going through the roadworthy test etc, I was not stranded without a car, they had send me a courtesy car as I was not willing to drive to JHB to get things done. I'll definatately choose Madrent again if I have to do it all over again.
