Don't buy from them!

On the surface at Mad Mac's everything looks great, and 80% of the time their service is good (when they haven't got your money yet) but what's really going on is a different story. I bought a bike from them and have literally lost sleep over it and now i'm sitting with an expensive problem that they don't care to sort out. If you don't play by their rules you'll get given the run around.
