****. Booked on booking.com. They phoned to say they're full so we can't come. They never rejected the booking on their side and are now ignoring all my calls and emails as well as ignoring all booking.com's emails. They are trying to avoid refunding me. I'm guessing this is how they make money. STAY AWAY!
