Stop with the empty promises, Refund!!!

Order No: 103418 I bought shoes and they were delivered on the 16th of August, I had to return them because it was not a perfect fit. The delivery guy picked up the shoes on the 20th of August and I received an email on the 21st of August confirming that the shoes were received. I called to enquire about the refund and Pauline told me send banking details since they can’t reverse back to card. I made a follow up on the 23rd and the lady ‘I don’t remember the name’ confirmed that they are busy processing it. I’m under the impression that if money is processed during the day by midnight it should be in my account. I want my refund I can’t afford to be taken from pillar to post with my hard earned money. You were very quick to collect the shoes but I don’t understand what is holding the refund. As for your lies and empty promises makes me sick. Your service really sucks and I will never ever buy anything from you or recommend to friends.
