Return logged

A wrong size of shoes was delivered it has been 4days since I logged a return with no communication on their side. I have been sending emails with no responses. I guess my money went down the drain just like that. Their return policy said it takes two days for them process the return request and get back to me. Till today all they do is ignore my emails
