I would like to comment on how pleased I am with the recent service provided to me by the Madison Team.

I was offered an online credit for the amount of the shoe that could not be delivered to me due to an unforeseen failure to fulfill my order + an extra R100 online credit for the inconvenience.

I was also immediately assisted to place an order for my other preferred pair of shoes for an amount of R319.00 AND TO TOP IT UP NO DELIVERY FEE WAS CHARGED. This really made my day, high 5 to the team for being able to take immediate responsibility.
